Reasons for Eyebags

Eyebags are the result of the lymphatic and venous microcirculation in the periorbital area slowing down. Consequently, the flowing of fluids and blood in the pigments in the dermis (melanin and oxidated hemoglobin), confers to the eye contour the typical violet-bluish “shadow”.
