The PRF procedure

1. Blood draw: We gently take a few tubes of blood from the patient in a standard blood draw. Just a small amount of blood is needed.

3. Extraction: Thereafter, we carefully extract the layer of cells to create your own PRF treatment solution.
4. Injection: Finally, we inject your unique PRF into your scalp at the level of the hair follicles, about every half inch over the entire area of thinning hair. The injection session takes about 30 minutes or so.
5. Repeat: We typically recommend repeating the treatment once a month for three to four months. Most patients start to see results in 3 to 6 months and elect to have a maintenance treatment 1 to 2 times a year after the initial treatment series to reinforce their results.
