Privacy Notice

At NAR LONDON, we take your privacy seriously.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book an appointment, attend the clinic, receive treatment or use our aesthetic, hair or integrative health services.

NAR LONDON is located at:

15 Harley Street
London W1G 9QQ
United Kingdom

Email: info@narlondon.com
Telephone: 020 3633 1980

For the purposes of UK data protection law, NAR LONDON is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Notice where it acts as the data controller.

1. Information We May Collect About You

The information we collect depends on how you interact with NAR LONDON and the services you receive.

It may include:

Personal and contact information

This may include your:

  • name;
  • date of birth;
  • address;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • emergency contact details; and
  • other information you provide when contacting or registering with us.

Appointment and transaction information

We may process information relating to:

  • consultations;
  • appointments and treatment history;
  • appointment confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling;
  • services purchased;
  • payments, deposits and refunds; and
  • relevant transaction records.

We do not generally need to retain complete payment-card details ourselves where payments are handled securely by a payment or booking provider.

Health and medical information

Where necessary to assess your suitability for treatment or provide our services safely, we may collect information about your:

  • medical history;
  • current and previous health conditions;
  • allergies;
  • medications and supplements;
  • previous treatments or procedures;
  • relevant lifestyle information;
  • symptoms and treatment concerns;
  • clinical assessments;
  • treatment plans;
  • treatment outcomes;
  • laboratory or diagnostic test results; and
  • other information relevant to your care.

Health information is treated as special category personal data under UK data protection law and is afforded additional protection.

Clinical photographs

Where appropriate, photographs may be taken for purposes such as clinical assessment, treatment planning, monitoring progress and maintaining appropriate treatment records.

We will distinguish between photographs required as part of your clinical record and any proposed use of photographs for marketing, educational, website or social-media purposes.

Where separate permission is required for such additional use, this will be requested separately.

Communications

We may retain communications between you and NAR LONDON, including emails, contact-form submissions and other correspondence relating to your appointments, treatments, enquiries or complaints.

Website and technical information

When you use our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, depending on your browser settings and cookie choices.

This can include information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device type;
  • pages visited;
  • approximate geographical information;
  • referring website or traffic source;
  • interactions with our website; and
  • information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Please see our Cookie Policy for further information.

2. How We Collect Your Information

We may collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • contact NAR LONDON;
  • complete a consultation or medical questionnaire;
  • book an appointment;
  • attend the clinic;
  • receive treatment;
  • purchase a service;
  • communicate with us by telephone or email;
  • submit a website form;
  • provide samples for laboratory testing;
  • consent to photography;
  • subscribe to marketing communications; or
  • otherwise provide information to us.

We may also receive relevant information from third parties where appropriate and lawful, including laboratories, booking and payment providers, healthcare professionals or other service providers involved in delivering a service you have requested.

3. Why We Use Your Personal Information

We only use personal information where we have an appropriate reason and lawful basis for doing so.

Depending on the circumstances, we may use your information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • arrange and manage appointments;
  • assess your suitability for treatments or services;
  • provide aesthetic, hair or integrative health services;
  • maintain appropriate clinical and treatment records;
  • monitor treatment progress;
  • provide aftercare;
  • communicate important information relating to your appointment or treatment;
  • process payments, deposits and refunds;
  • arrange laboratory or diagnostic testing where requested;
  • manage complaints or concerns;
  • maintain patient safety;
  • meet our legal, regulatory, insurance, accounting or professional obligations;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • protect our website, systems, patients and business from fraud or misuse;
  • understand how our website is used and improve our services; and
  • send marketing communications where we are legally permitted to do so.

We do not use your health information for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Our Lawful Bases for Processing Personal Information

Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for processing personal information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may rely upon one or more of the following:

Contract

Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to provide a service you have requested.

For example, managing your appointment or processing a payment.

Legal obligation

Where we need to process information to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.

Legitimate interests

We may process certain information where this is necessary for our legitimate business interests and where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

This may include activities such as maintaining appropriate business records, preventing fraud, protecting our systems, responding to complaints and improving our services.

Where required, we consider and balance our interests against your privacy rights before relying on legitimate interests.

Consent

In certain circumstances, we may rely on your consent.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

Other lawful bases may apply where permitted or required by law.

5. Health Information and Special Category Data

Information concerning your health is classified as special category personal data and receives additional protection under UK data protection law.

Where we process health information, we must have both an appropriate lawful basis for processing personal information and an applicable condition permitting the processing of special category data.

Depending on the nature of the service, the circumstances and applicable law, this may include processing necessary for the provision or management of health-related services by or under the responsibility of an appropriately qualified professional, or another condition permitted by data protection legislation.

Where another special-category condition is more appropriate, we will rely on that condition.

We aim to collect only the health information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and apply additional care to its confidentiality and security.

The ICO specifically requires organisations processing special-category data to identify it clearly, minimise what is collected and apply security appropriate to its sensitivity.

6. Clinical Records and Photographs

We maintain appropriate records of consultations and treatments provided at NAR LONDON.

These records may include consultation notes, medical information, treatment details, consent documentation, communications and clinical photographs where appropriate.

Clinical photographs may be useful for:

  • assessing your condition before treatment;
  • treatment planning;
  • documenting areas treated;
  • monitoring progress; and
  • maintaining an appropriate clinical record.

Clinical photographs will not automatically be used for advertising, social media or promotional purposes simply because they form part of your treatment record.

Where we wish to use identifiable photographs for marketing, promotional or other purposes requiring separate permission, we will seek appropriate consent.

7. Laboratory and Functional Testing

Where you request laboratory or functional testing through NAR LONDON, relevant personal and health information may need to be provided to the laboratory or testing provider responsible for processing the sample and producing the results.

This may include information necessary to:

  • identify your sample;
  • perform the requested test;
  • interpret or report results; and
  • return results to NAR LONDON or to you.

Some specialist laboratories or their service providers may be located outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards must be used as required by applicable UK data protection law.

8. Who We May Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information.

However, providing our services requires us to use carefully selected third-party providers in certain circumstances.

Depending on the service involved, personal information may be shared with categories of recipients such as:

  • appointment and clinic-management providers;
  • payment processors;
  • laboratories and diagnostic-testing providers;
  • IT, hosting and cybersecurity providers;
  • website and analytics providers;
  • email and communications providers;
  • accountants and other professional advisers;
  • insurers;
  • legal advisers;
  • regulators or professional bodies;
  • healthcare professionals where appropriate; and
  • public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We aim to disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we take appropriate steps to ensure suitable contractual and data-protection arrangements are in place.

We may also disclose personal information where necessary to protect a patient or another person from serious harm, to comply with a legal obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The ICO expressly requires privacy notices to identify recipients or categories of recipients where applicable, including organisations processing information on the controller’s behalf.

9. Timely and Online Booking

NAR LONDON uses an online booking system to enable patients to view availability, book appointments and manage bookings.

When you use our online booking system, information necessary to provide that service may be processed by the booking-platform provider.

This can include your contact information, appointment details, transaction information and technical information generated through your use of the booking service.

The booking provider may have its own privacy information explaining how it processes personal data in connection with its services.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers.

Payment providers may process information necessary to authorise and complete your transaction and to prevent fraud.

NAR LONDON does not ordinarily need to retain your complete payment-card details where those details are processed directly by an authorised payment provider.

11. Website Analytics and Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the website and measure the effectiveness of our digital activity.

This may include the use of analytics technologies such as Google Analytics, subject to the cookie and consent settings implemented on our website.

Non-essential cookies and similar technologies will be managed in accordance with applicable UK privacy and electronic communications requirements.

You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie controls provided on our website.

For further information, please see our Cookie Policy.

12. Marketing Communications

Appointment reminders, treatment information and other communications necessary to provide a service you have requested are different from marketing communications.

We may send you information about NAR LONDON treatments, services, events or offers where:

  • you have provided appropriate consent; or
  • another lawful route for electronic marketing applies, such as the applicable existing-customer provisions.

Where required, you will be given an opportunity to choose whether you wish to receive marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option contained in the communication or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from contacting you about an appointment, treatment, payment, safety issue or another service-related matter where necessary.

Under PECR, marketing emails and texts to individuals generally require consent unless the conditions for the existing-customer “soft opt-in” are met, and an easy opt-out must be provided.

13. International Transfers

Some of the organisations that provide services to NAR LONDON may process or store personal information outside the United Kingdom.

This may occur, for example, in connection with specialist laboratory services, cloud-based software, analytics or other technology providers.

Where a transfer of personal information outside the UK is subject to UK international-transfer restrictions, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer is lawful.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include relying on:

  • UK adequacy regulations;
  • appropriate contractual safeguards;
  • the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or applicable UK Addendum; or
  • another transfer mechanism permitted under UK data protection law.

Where required, appropriate assessments and safeguards will be applied.

The ICO updated its international-transfer guidance in January 2026 and requires organisations to consider whether a transfer is restricted and, if so, what lawful transfer mechanism applies.

14. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, professional, insurance, accounting and clinical-record requirements.

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

When determining an appropriate retention period, we may consider:

  • the nature and sensitivity of the information;
  • the type of treatment or service provided;
  • professional and clinical-record requirements;
  • legal limitation periods;
  • insurance requirements;
  • regulatory obligations;
  • safeguarding considerations; and
  • whether information is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

When information is no longer required, we will take appropriate steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

15. How We Protect Your Information

NAR LONDON takes reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against:

  • unauthorised access;
  • accidental loss;
  • misuse;
  • alteration;
  • inappropriate disclosure; and
  • destruction.

Access to patient and health information is limited according to legitimate business and clinical requirements.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we regularly consider the sensitivity of the information we hold and the protections appropriate to it.

16. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis on which your information is processed, you may have rights including:

The right of access

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

The right to rectification

You may ask us to correct personal information that is inaccurate or complete information that is incomplete.

The right to erasure

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to delete your personal information.

This right is not absolute. For example, we may be required to retain certain clinical, financial or legal records.

The right to restrict processing

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to restrict how your personal information is used.

The right to object

You may have the right to object to certain processing, including direct marketing.

The right to data portability

In certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive personal information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another organisation.

Rights relating to consent

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the consent was withdrawn.

Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances.

17. How to Make a Data Protection Request

If you would like to exercise your data protection rights or have a question about how NAR LONDON uses your information, please contact:

NAR LONDON
15 Harley Street
London W1G 9QQ
United Kingdom

Email: info@narlondon.com
Telephone: 020 3633 1980

We may need to verify your identity before releasing personal information or acting on certain requests.

We will respond to valid requests within the time limits required by applicable data protection law.

18. Complaints

If you have concerns about how NAR LONDON has handled your personal information, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address your concerns.

You also have the right to complain to the UK’s independent data-protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Information Commissioner’s Office

You can find current information about making a data-protection complaint directly on the ICO website.

19. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

NAR LONDON is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites. We recommend reviewing their privacy information before providing personal information to them.

20. Children

Our services are primarily intended for adults.

Where personal information relating to a person under 18 is processed, we will take appropriate steps according to the nature of the service, the young person’s capacity, parental responsibility and applicable legal and professional requirements.

21. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, suppliers, business practices or applicable law.

The most recent version will be published on this website with the date on which it was last updated.

Last updated: August 2026

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, consultations, treatments, testing and other services provided by NAR LONDON at our clinic at 15 Harley Street, London W1G 9QQ, and to bookings made through our website or online booking system.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from NAR LONDON, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject always to your statutory rights under applicable UK law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About NAR LONDON

NAR LONDON is a regenerative aesthetics and integrative health clinic located at:

NAR LONDON
15 Harley Street
London W1G 9QQ
United Kingdom

Telephone: 020 3633 1980
Email: info@narlondon.com

We provide aesthetic, regenerative, hair and integrative health services following appropriate consultation and assessment.

2. Appointments

Appointments may be booked directly with NAR LONDON or through our online booking system.

An appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you provide as much notice as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointment availability displayed online may change and is not guaranteed until your booking has been successfully confirmed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided when booking is accurate so that we can send appointment confirmations, reminders and important treatment information.

3. Consultations

A consultation may be required before certain treatments or services.

The purpose of a consultation is to understand your concerns, review relevant medical or treatment history, discuss appropriate options and assess whether the requested treatment is suitable for you.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended or performed.

Patient safety and appropriate treatment selection take priority over a patient’s initial treatment preference.

Where a treatment is not considered appropriate, we may recommend an alternative treatment, further assessment, referral to another healthcare professional or no treatment.

4. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees vary according to the type of consultation booked.

Where expressly stated at the time of booking, certain aesthetic or hair consultation fees may be redeemable against eligible treatment within the specified redemption period.

Integrative Health / Wellness consultation fees are not redeemable against treatment, testing or products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any redemption conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

A consultation fee relates to the professional time allocated for the consultation and assessment and is not dependent upon the patient subsequently proceeding with treatment.

5. Deposits and Payments

NAR LONDON may require a deposit or advance payment to secure an appointment.

The amount required will be displayed or communicated before the booking is completed.

Unless otherwise agreed, any outstanding treatment balance is payable at the clinic on the day of treatment.

Prices displayed on our website or booking system are intended to be clear and accurate. Where a treatment plan differs from the standard treatment advertised, any material difference in price will be explained before treatment proceeds.

We reserve the right to change prices for future appointments. A price change will not retrospectively alter the agreed price for a service already purchased unless this has been expressly agreed with you.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change and you may occasionally need to move or cancel an appointment.

Because appointments reserve practitioner and clinic time specifically for you, we ask that you provide the notice specified in your booking confirmation or cancellation policy.

Where insufficient notice is provided, NAR LONDON may retain or apply an appropriate cancellation charge to the extent that this fairly reflects the losses reasonably arising from the late cancellation, subject to applicable consumer law.

Where we are able to refill the appointment or otherwise reduce our loss, this may be taken into account where required.

Cancellation charges are not intended to operate as penalties.

If you need to change an appointment, please use the rescheduling facility provided in your booking confirmation where available or contact NAR LONDON.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your booking.

7. Online and Distance Bookings

Where you enter into a contract for services online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Where applicable, this can include a 14-day cancellation period beginning after the contract is entered into.

If you ask NAR LONDON to provide a consultation, treatment or other service during an applicable statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly request that the service begins before that period expires.

Where permitted by law, if you subsequently cancel after requesting that services begin during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided.

If a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following the necessary express request and acknowledgement, statutory cancellation rights may cease in accordance with applicable law.

These statutory rights are separate from our ordinary appointment cancellation policy.

8. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. However, reducing treatment time may not always be clinically appropriate.

Depending on the length of the delay and the treatment booked, we may need to:

  • shorten the appointment where this can be done safely;
  • modify what can reasonably be completed;
  • reschedule the appointment; or
  • treat the appointment as a late cancellation where there is insufficient time to provide the service safely.

This protects both patient safety and appointments scheduled after yours.

9. Missed Appointments

If you do not attend an appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

A reasonable charge may apply where NAR LONDON has suffered a loss as a result of the missed appointment.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in us requiring advance payment before accepting future bookings.

10. Medical Information and Patient Responsibilities

You must provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge when completing consultation forms, medical questionnaires or discussing your health with your practitioner.

Please tell us about relevant:

  • medical conditions;
  • allergies;
  • medications;
  • supplements;
  • previous procedures or treatments;
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding where relevant;
  • infections or recent illness;
  • changes to your health; and
  • other information that could affect treatment suitability or safety.

You must inform NAR LONDON if relevant information changes between appointments.

Withholding or providing inaccurate medical information may affect our ability to assess treatment suitability and could increase the risk of adverse effects.

11. Treatment Suitability

Not every treatment is appropriate for every patient.

NAR LONDON reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where, following reasonable professional assessment, we consider that proceeding would be inappropriate or potentially unsafe.

This may include circumstances where:

  • a contraindication is identified;
  • relevant medical information is incomplete;
  • the patient is acutely unwell;
  • expectations cannot reasonably be met;
  • another treatment or medical assessment is more appropriate; or
  • proceeding would conflict with professional or safety obligations.

Where we decide not to provide a treatment before that treatment has been supplied, payments relating solely to the unprovided treatment will be dealt with fairly in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

12. Treatment Results

Aesthetic, regenerative, hair and integrative health treatments involve individual biological responses.

Results cannot be guaranteed.

Before-and-after photographs, patient experiences and treatment information provided by NAR LONDON illustrate possible outcomes but should not be interpreted as a promise that another patient will achieve the same result.

Outcomes may vary according to factors including:

  • age;
  • anatomy;
  • genetics;
  • baseline skin or hair condition;
  • general health;
  • lifestyle;
  • medications;
  • adherence to treatment protocols;
  • number and timing of treatments; and
  • individual biological response.

Some treatments require a course of sessions and/or maintenance to achieve or maintain the intended outcome.

13. Risks, Side Effects and Consent

All treatments have potential benefits, limitations and risks.

Relevant risks and expected side effects will be discussed as part of the consultation and consent process where appropriate.

You should ask any questions you have before proceeding.

Signing a consent form does not remove your legal rights and does not excuse NAR LONDON from its obligation to provide services with appropriate care and skill.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumer services include a statutory requirement that they be performed with reasonable care and skill.

14. Beforecare and Aftercare

You may receive instructions to follow before or after treatment.

These instructions form an important part of your care.

Please follow the guidance provided and contact NAR LONDON if you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment.

Failure to follow reasonable preparation or aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes and may increase the likelihood of side effects or complications.

If you experience symptoms requiring urgent medical attention, you should seek appropriate urgent medical assistance rather than waiting for an email response from the clinic.

15. Treatment Courses and Packages

Some treatments are offered as courses or packages.

The number and timing of sessions recommended will depend on the treatment and individual treatment plan.

Where a course has a specified validity period, this will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Treatment courses are intended for the patient for whom they were purchased and are not normally transferable to another person unless NAR LONDON expressly agrees otherwise.

If you wish to cancel an unused or partly used treatment course, any refund or deduction will be determined fairly according to:

  • services already provided;
  • any legitimate costs already incurred;
  • any pricing benefit attached to the package;
  • applicable cancellation rights; and
  • applicable consumer law.

We will not rely on a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” provision where doing so would conflict with your statutory rights.

16. Treatment Courses and Individual Session Pricing

Where a course of treatments is purchased at a discounted package price, the package price applies on the basis that the agreed course is undertaken.

If a course is cancelled part-way through and a refund is due, treatments already received may, where fair and clearly communicated at the time of purchase, be recalculated at the applicable individual-session price before determining the remaining balance.

Any calculation will be made transparently and subject to applicable consumer law.

17. Laboratory and Functional Testing

NAR LONDON may arrange laboratory or functional testing through independent specialist laboratories.

Where testing is requested:

  • the appropriate sample must be provided according to the laboratory’s instructions;
  • samples may be processed by an independent laboratory;
  • laboratory turnaround times are estimates rather than guarantees;
  • delays may occasionally occur outside NAR LONDON’s control;
  • laboratory results must be interpreted within the appropriate clinical or health context; and
  • additional testing or medical assessment may sometimes be recommended.

Where appropriate, NAR LONDON acts as an intermediary in arranging testing and discussing results. The analytical testing itself may be performed by an independent laboratory.

Any limitations specific to a particular test will be explained where relevant.

18. Laboratory Samples

Patients are responsible for following sample-collection instructions carefully where samples are collected outside the clinic.

A laboratory may be unable to process a sample where, for example, it is:

  • incorrectly collected;
  • insufficient;
  • contaminated;
  • incorrectly labelled;
  • stored incorrectly; or
  • received outside applicable processing requirements.

Where repeat sampling is required, any additional cost will depend upon the reason for the failed sample and the laboratory’s applicable policy.

19. Integrative Health Services

NAR LONDON’s integrative health services are intended to provide personalised health, nutrition and lifestyle support within the scope of the service being provided.

They are not a substitute for emergency medical care or for diagnosis and treatment by your GP, consultant or another appropriately qualified medical professional where such care is required.

You should not stop, start or change prescribed medication solely on the basis of information provided through an integrative health service without consulting the clinician responsible for prescribing or managing that medication.

Where symptoms or test results indicate that conventional medical investigation or treatment may be appropriate, you may be advised to consult your GP or relevant specialist.

20. Supplements and Products

Where supplements or other products are recommended, recommendations are based on the information available at the time and the purpose of the relevant service.

You are responsible for informing us of relevant medications, allergies, medical conditions and other supplements you are taking.

Where products are supplied by an independent retailer or manufacturer, that provider’s separate terms may also apply to the purchase.

You should seek appropriate medical advice where there is uncertainty about interactions with prescribed medication or an existing medical condition.

21. Prescription Medication

NAR LONDON’s aesthetic or integrative health services do not replace the relationship between you and the healthcare professional responsible for prescribing your medication.

Do not discontinue or alter prescribed medication unless advised to do so by the appropriately qualified clinician responsible for your medical care.

22. Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken where appropriate for assessment, treatment planning, documenting treatment and monitoring progress.

Clinical photographs forming part of your treatment record will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Use of identifiable patient photographs for marketing, advertising, website, social-media or promotional purposes will be treated separately and, where required, will only take place with appropriate permission.

23. Children and Young People

NAR LONDON primarily provides services to adults.

Where treatment or another service is considered for a person under 18, additional requirements relating to consent, parental responsibility, capacity, treatment appropriateness and professional guidance may apply.

NAR LONDON reserves the right not to provide particular aesthetic treatments to persons under 18.

24. Behaviour and Respect

NAR LONDON aims to provide a safe and respectful environment for patients, practitioners and staff.

We may decline or discontinue non-emergency services where a person behaves in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or seriously inappropriate manner towards staff, practitioners or other patients.

Where this occurs, any unused advance payments will be handled fairly according to the services provided, losses reasonably incurred and applicable law.

25. Cancellation by NAR LONDON

Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment because of practitioner illness, equipment problems, building issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

Where NAR LONDON cancels an appointment and you are not at fault, you will normally be offered:

  • a replacement appointment; or
  • an appropriate refund of amounts paid for services that will not be provided.

NAR LONDON is not responsible for indirect expenses such as travel or accommodation except where liability arises under applicable law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

UK consumer guidance specifically cautions businesses against terms allowing them to cancel freely while retaining the consumer’s prepayments.

26. Prices and Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that treatment descriptions, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, website information is provided for general information and does not replace an individual consultation or suitability assessment.

If an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will not deliberately rely on an obvious error to your detriment.

Prices may change from time to time.

27. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, graphics, original illustrations, photographs and other original content appearing on the NAR LONDON website are owned by or licensed to NAR LONDON.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

28. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to independent websites, laboratories, booking platforms, product suppliers or other third-party services.

Where you enter into a separate contract directly with a third party, that organisation’s own terms and privacy policies may apply.

NAR LONDON is not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites.

29. Privacy and Personal Information

NAR LONDON takes the confidentiality and protection of patient information seriously.

Information about how we collect, use, store and share personal and health information is provided in our separate Privacy Notice.

Information about website cookies and similar technologies is provided in our Cookie Policy.

30. Complaints

We want patients to feel able to raise concerns with us.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience or treatment, please contact NAR LONDON as soon as reasonably possible so that we can understand the issue and attempt to resolve it appropriately.

Complaints can be made by contacting:

NAR LONDON
15 Harley Street
London W1G 9QQ

Email: info@narlondon.com
Telephone: 020 3633 1980

Making a complaint does not affect your statutory rights.

31. Our Responsibility to You

NAR LONDON will provide services with the level of care and skill required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing is intended to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

The Consumer Rights Act restricts businesses from contracting out of statutory obligations for consumer services and from excluding negligence liability in circumstances prohibited by law.

32. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

NAR LONDON will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing a service where this results from circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange an appropriate alternative.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

33. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, booking arrangements, business practices or applicable law.

The version applying to your booking will be the version in effect when the relevant agreement is made, unless a change is required by law or subsequently agreed with you.

The latest version will remain available on our website.

34. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections or access to a court that applicable law provides.
