For newer biological approaches – including polynucleotides and extracellular-vesicle-based strategies – the biological rationale is promising, while clinical evidence remains comparatively heterogeneous and continues to evolve.
That distinction is important to us.
Regenerative medicine should be evidence-led, not hype-led.
